    The CTA Lake "L" Red Line station served 3,129,697 riders between June 2018 and June 2019, having it be the "L" stop with the highest number of riders, according to the statistics released by the Chicago Transit Authority. The second highest number of riders goes to Clark/Lake "L" station with a total of 2,870,199 riders during the 12 month time period. The Chicago "L" stop on the Red Line was third with 2,133,709 passengers and the Fullerton "L" Red Line station is next with 1,890,612 passengers. The fifth and last station on the list is The Belmont "L" Red Line station with a total of 1,874,787 riders between June of 2018 and 2019. 


    All the stations in the list experienced a percentage decrease in ridership from June 2018. Going in order once again, Lake "L" Red Line station decreased by 0.1% from 3,133,429. Clark/Lake "L" station decreased by 2.9% from 2,957,223 riders. Chicago "L" Red Line Station use to have 2,217,723 riders in 2018 then decreased 3.8% between June 2018 to June 2019. Fullerton "L" Red Line stop decreased 0.6% and Belmont "L" Red Line stop decreased 2.9% in ridership.
